Sad to hear that Om Malik has passed. I didn’t know him personally and only had a few interactions with him but I always felt that his writing was prescient and much needed in the era of endless growth and what can sometimes feel like soulless technological advancement. He was also an extraordinarily talented photographer, and refreshingly modest. Silicon Valley and the world at large are worse off without him.
